BengaluruPosted Dec 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a more intense, hard-to-please Polaris process in late 2022, with multiple rounds and a gatekeeping sequence based on results.

Initial screening / recruiter step — I started with a technical test.
Technical test — I completed one technical test.
Technical interview — If I passed, I was invited to one technical interview.
HR rounds — After the technical interview, I faced two HR rounds based on the technical test results. Outcome: I didn’t move forward after failing to progress through the later stages, and the process felt highly decision-driven on test performance.
