I interviewed in 2022 with an average level of difficulty that felt structured around OOP/programming fundamentals followed by leadership and an HR check.

Technical round 1 — I was asked basic OOP concepts.
Technical round 2 — I was asked more basic OOP plus programming questions.
Management round — I spoke with an engineering director and a manager about past projects and difficult situations I’d handled.
HR round — I completed an HR round after the management discussion. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that they evaluated both fundamentals and how I handled prior real-world situations.
