I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and found the journey difficult in intensity, but not in format—mostly many manager conversations.

Onsite: multi-manager interviews — I met with eight managers from different parts of the business in about 30 minutes each, mixing general and technical questions.
Onsite: culture + fit focus — Alongside the questioning, they spent a lot of time getting to know me and my hobbies, emphasizing a “ride/lifestyle” culture and enjoying what you do.
Outcome — Outcome: No offer; the interviews felt demanding due to the number of managers, but they were especially focused on fit and values.
