I interviewed for a Software Engineer role, but the process was unusually hard mostly because scheduling went wrong.

Initial scheduling via email — I applied and quickly got a reply, but the employer missed the first scheduled interview; after hours of back-and-forth, I finally received a call to confirm I was still interested in a phone interview.
Phone interview (management track) — The first phone interview went well, and we scheduled another phone interview with management; they missed that call too, leaving a long gap with little communication.
Reschedule + partial follow-through — After several days of no response, we rescheduled and only about half of the interviewers joined.
