In mid/late 2022, I had an easy-to-medium experience focused on C++ and OOP-style fundamentals, with a quick technical start and then leadership-style conversations.

Technical round 1 — A 30-minute session with basic OOP questions and project-related discussion.
Technical round 2 — A longer 1-hour technical interview that went deeper on C++ and my projects.
Managerial round — I discussed fit and past work with a manager.
HR round — I completed an HR round at the end. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that they wanted depth in C++ plus clear storytelling from my projects.
