Battle Ground, WAPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was brought in via a hiring-manager outreach and then did a full on-site loop with a facility tour, a presentation, and a panel—though the questioning felt fairly light.

Initial virtual call — Video call with the hiring manager and an HR representative (HR involvement was planned).
On-site visit — Facility tour, a presentation, and a panel discussion with the hiring manager and a manufacturing engineer.
Question style — Questions were mostly about my experience and fit, and I didn’t experience very hard questioning. Outcome: No offer; I sensed uncertainty about what they were looking for, which affected the interview dynamic.
