I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and it was very easy technically, with a fast decision and an offer I ultimately declined.

Phone screen — The phone conversation wasn’t very technical; it mainly covered my background and my fit based on current experience.
Onsite: multiple interviewers — A couple weeks later, I did four interviews with seven different people, each lasting roughly 30–40 minutes, and none were particularly technical.
Offer discussion — I received an offer quickly, but I declined because the base pay was low.
