I interviewed for Point72’s Business Analyst role, and it felt average difficulty with a short, discussion-heavy timeline on fit.

Intro/fit calls (Biz Dev + PM) — I had conversations with two business development people and one PM; the BD side focused on my prior deals and why I wanted to work in the industry.
PM discussion (stock pitch) — the PM walked me through stock pitches to see how I think about markets and ideas. Outcome: No offer, but the process felt straightforward and professional—heavy on background and investment-idea conversation rather than deep technicals.
