I interviewed for Point72’s Business Analyst role and found it disappointing and harder on clarity than on technical content.

Interview conversation (role expectations unclear) — during the discussion, the interviewer seemed disengaged and occasionally defensive when I asked reasonable questions about responsibilities, reporting, and success metrics.
Unstructured question experience — some questions lacked context or a clear objective, which made it difficult to understand what they were evaluating. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that without clear scope and success criteria, it was hard to demonstrate fit effectively.
