I interviewed for a Senior Business Analyst position with a consulting partner and multiple stakeholders, and it ultimately became confusing after the final round.

Round 1 (application manager) — I met with the application manager for behavioral and experience-focused questions.
Round 2 (application head) — I continued with more product understanding and scenario-based discussion.
Round 3 (C-suite executive) — I met senior leadership to cover background, experience, and situational topics.
Role changed after final round — After the last interview, they shifted the role from BA to support, which cost me over a month of process time. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that role ownership and clarity mattered
