I went through a difficult series of discussions that culminated in a prompt-based technical interview with a Q&A component.

Multi-meeting series — I had a sequence of discussions with several team members.
Technical interview (final) — I completed a one-hour technical interview prompted ahead of time, with time at the end for questions and answers. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that they assess both your thinking process across multiple conversations and your technical handling of a prepared prompt.
