I went through a more stringent path for the Business Analyst role, starting with business development and including both structured testing and portfolio manager evaluation.

Internal business development interview — I met with the internal BD team first.
Portfolio manager interview — I then interviewed with a portfolio manager.
Tests required to reach that stage — Before getting to the PM conversation, I had to complete a modeling test and a Wonderlic test. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that they rely on measurable screening (modeling + cognitive testing) before deeper discussions.
