Point72 Business Analyst interview experience

• Resume review + initial phone screen — I first went through a resume review and then an initial phone call.
• In-person interviews — The next stage included in-person interviews with financial modeling/analysis testing.
• Case study presentation + references — I presented a case study, followed by a reference check.
• Final interview + job offer — I then completed a final interview stage that, in this flow, could lead to an offer.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the structure was conventional and consistent.
