I interviewed for Point72’s Business Analyst role with an average-difficulty sequence that started with a modeling test before any live conversation.

Modeling test (no prior guidance) — I completed the modeling test first on my own; it covered three statements and required calculating a few resulting ratios within the timeframe.
1-on-1 interviews — after the model test, I moved into one-on-one meetings. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the early gate was the modeling work, and you only got the chance to interact further afterward.
