Point72 Business Analyst interview experience

• Round(s) with multiple interviewers — Across four total rounds, the interviewers were late by as much as 20 minutes without warning.
• Time-consuming take-home project — I completed a lengthy take-home assignment.
• Behavioral-heavy interviews with low engagement — Most questions were behavioral, and many interviewers seemed disinterested; notably, no one asked about my past projects or experience.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the process felt poorly run and mismatched to my background.
