I ran into a technical modeling-and-pitch stage for the Business Analyst role that centered on financial statements and presenting ideas to PMs.

Modeling test + pitch — I completed a modeling test where I produced components like P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow outputs, created idea notes, and then pitched my view to PMs and analysts across locations.
HR/background chat — I also had a background conversation and discussed why I was changing jobs. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that success required both solid modeling and confident communication.
