I interviewed for Point72’s Business Analyst role in an average-difficulty process centered on case studies and behavioral assessments, with a fairly standard sequence.

Phone screening — I began with an initial call.
Follow-up interviews — I completed four to five additional conversations with business development, the head of equity, PMs, and analysts.
Case-study + behavioral evaluation — the process emphasized performance on case studies and what came from behavioral testing. Outcome: No offer; despite the competitive nature, the assessment felt quick, and decisions and communication were described as straightforward.
