I interviewed for a Business Analyst role and found several rounds to be quite difficult and very technical, with a noticeable lack of rapport.

Online coding-style assessment — I took a test through an online vendor that included both training and testing datasets.
Face-to-face technical interviews — I then had in-person interviews that were also technical.
Culture/chemistry concern — I got the impression the environment was more siloed than other workplaces, and there wasn’t much chemistry.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the process felt harsh both technically and relationally.
