I went through a single combined evaluation that blended practical interview questions with a modeling-and-case-study style task for the Business Analyst role.

Interview + modeling + case study — I faced a pragmatic, technical interview and then a case study that required building a variant view on a stock (long or short) including valuation and a written memo.
Challenge the consensus — I was pushed to consider going against prevailing expectations and explain why.
Quarterly results reasoning — I was also asked to analyze what happened in the prior quarter and what could go right or wrong in the next results. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that they valued contrarian, well-reasoned analysis more than rote
