Point72 Business Analyst interview experience

• Phone screen — I started with a phone interview.
• Hiring test — I took a hiring test.
• HackerRank test — I then completed a HackerRank-style coding assessment.
• Data analysis trial — I did a trial assignment focused on data analysis.
• Interview panel — Finally, I joined a panel interview with the team.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and I felt the steps could likely be condensed.
