Point72 Business Analyst interview experience

• Phone screen — I started with an initial screening call.
• Team screen — I then did a team-level interview.
• 24-hour take-home model — Next was a 24-hour take-home modeling assignment.
• Debrief — I had a debrief focused on my analysis.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the main takeaway was that the take-home and debrief set a high difficulty bar.
