I went through a fairly standard screening arc for the Business Analyst role: quick cognitive/modeling checks, then a PM conversation centered on markets and stock pitches.

Assessment + screen — I completed a brief 30-minute modeling test and a Wonderlic test.
PM fit/technical conversation — I then had a Webex conversation with a PM (30 minutes to 1 hour) focused on how I viewed markets.
Stock pitch component — I was asked to pitch one or two stocks I liked long or didn’t like short. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that they prioritize market thinking plus the ability to defend stock selections.
