I interviewed for the Business Analyst role through two fit/technical stages and then stalled when scheduling details never arrived.

Fit interview with hiring manager — I completed a fit-focused discussion.
Fit/technical team interview — I then did a second round combining fit and technical evaluation.
On-site instructions never came — I was told I’d receive instructions to set up an on-site interview within one or two weeks, but I never received them.
No follow-up response — My attempts to contact HR and the hiring manager went unanswered. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that the process lacked follow-through after strong initial rounds.
