Point72 Business Analyst interview experience

• Massive pre-screen case study — I was given a huge Excel build from scratch plus a 5-page investment committee-style write-up with many quarters of hardcoded financials, before any initial phone screen.

Outcome: I was automatically rejected about a week later and never heard back after following up, leaving me feeling the experience was disrespectful and unprofessional.
