I interviewed for the Business Analyst role through a multi-person PM-and-analyst loop with a single case study, and it felt manageable on an overall difficulty level.

Round with PMs and analysts (part 1) — I sat in conversations with multiple PMs/analysts, including two from the same PM group.
Round with cross-team leadership (part 2) — I met a PM from another team and an analyst in my sector to discuss fit and perspective.
Case study round — I completed one case study as the main exercise.
Higher-management meeting — I wrapped up with a session with senior leadership. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the flow was clear and the interview mix felt standard.
