I started an Enterprise Account Executive process that included an IQ test and several leader interviews, but it ended with being ignored and ghosted.

Phone screen + IQ test — after an initial outreach, I did a phone screen and then took an IQ test.
Multiple leader interviews — I met with various leaders across additional rounds.
No decision follow-through — despite multiple follow-ups, decision makers never responded. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the main takeaway is that communication collapsed and I wouldn’t recommend investing time in a process that stops responding.
