I started well for an Account Executive role, but the process unraveled after the hiring manager interview due to near-total recruiter silence.

Recruiter screen — A recruiter screening kicked things off.
Hiring manager interview — I had a conversation shortly after and was told feedback was positive.
Post-interview follow-up period — After that, the recruiter largely stopped communicating despite multiple emails, calls, and voicemails. Outcome: No offer, and the key takeaway was that I felt rushed into interviews but then ignored afterward, with vague promises replacing real updates.
