I went through a short, fairly structured interview loop for an Account Executive role.

Recruiter screen — I started with a recruiter conversation to align on my background and the role.
Hiring manager interview (round 1) — I met the hiring manager for a discussion focused on fit.
Hiring manager interview (round 2) — I completed a second hiring-manager stage.
Presentation — I finished with a final presentation stage. Outcome: No offer, but the overall experience felt pleasant and organized, with a straightforward sequence and friendly tone.
