As a referral, my Account Executive hiring journey felt unusually fast and smooth, ending with an offer-like moment during final discussions.

Hiring manager conversations (two separate calls) — I spoke with the hiring manager in two rounds.
Recruiter call (process formality) — I then had a recruiter call mainly to complete the required steps.
Director and SVP Enterprise Sales interviews — I met a director of customer success and later the SVP of enterprise sales.
Final hiring manager call — The last call covered details, and I was essentially told I was being offered the job. Outcome: No offer recorded (despite the positive ending), but the takeaway was that it moved quickly and felt very streamlined.
