Fort Myers, FLPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role in an efficient process with high-energy interviewers that still left me wishing for more team interaction.

Recruiter touchpoint — The early scheduling and process felt efficient.
Role-focused interviews — I went through interviews where the interviewers brought positive energy and were insightful about role responsibilities.
Team interaction gap — I would have liked the chance to speak with members of the team, but I had to pursue that myself. Outcome: No offer, with the takeaway that the interviewers were engaging, but the process could have included more team perspective.
