I interviewed for an Account Executive role and moved through a short, recruiter-led sequence that felt seamless.

Intro + hiring manager connection — I started with an introduction to Pluralsight, then connected with the hiring manager.
Email writing test — I completed a draft/quality email assignment as a screening step.
Role-play + wrap-up — I reconnected with the managers and did a role-play exercise focused on the AE responsibilities.
Final decision — I received a yes/no response. Outcome: No offer, but the experience felt highly organized, punctual, and supportive—especially from the recruiter.
