I interviewed for an Account Executive role through a flexible entry path that still ended with manager and director conversations.

Talent team outreach — I was reached out to directly and spoke with the talent team.
Required testing — I completed tests that were required for consideration.
Manager interview — I then met with the hiring manager.
Director final interview — I completed the process with a final round with the director. Outcome: No offer, but the process felt accessible and straightforward in progression.
