Dublin, DublinPosted Oct 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role through guided assessments and a relaxed hiring manager conversation, and I left each step with confidence.

Preparatory assessments — the initial assessments came with ample guidance on how to prepare.
Hiring manager interview — the conversation felt comfortable and relaxed, reflecting an empathetic culture.
Sales scenario feedback — when I was reviewed on a sales scenario, the feedback was constructive. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but I consistently felt positive afterward and appreciated the supportive, candid feedback.
