I interviewed for an Account Executive role with a CCAT-based stage followed by two manager calls, but I found the experience uneven and a bit uncomfortable.

Recruiter screening + setup — I first spoke with a recruiter.
CCAT psychometric test — After passing the recruiter screen, I completed a CCAT test.
Hiring manager call — A call with the hiring manager and a second manager followed.
Second manager call — I had another call with the same hiring manager, but with a different supporting interviewer; it felt like similar questions were repeated. Outcome: No offer, and I took away that the process felt less pleasant than it needed to, despite the structured steps.
