I interviewed for an Account Executive role with cognitive and personality assessments and an interview flow that I understood to become panel-based.

Cognitive + personality assessment — I completed a cognitive test and a personality assessment.
Panel interview with multiple people — The next stages involved meeting with a few interviewers in a panel format.
Main point of contact — I expected one primary contact to guide the process as I progressed. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that preparation for assessments was central before meeting the group.
