I interviewed for an Account Executive role with an unusually easy, relaxed sequence that still gathered meaningful information.

HR screening — I began with an initial HR screening conversation.
Hiring manager Q&A — Next, I met with the hiring manager for questions about fit and experience.
Casual panel interview — I joined a panel interview designed to feel casual; I felt like I learned a lot about the interviewers too. Outcome: No offer, but the takeaway was that the panel felt personable and low-pressure while remaining informative.
