For an Account Executive interview, the rounds were difficult and included assessments and a scenario-based panel.

Recruiter meeting — I learned I needed to complete aptitude and personality tests and was given resources to study.
Aptitude/personality tests → hiring manager interview — After passing, I met briefly with the hiring manager.
Final panel interview with scenario — The last round was a panel interview that also included a scenario where I had to prepare. Outcome: No offer, with the takeaway that the process tested more than just interview answers through assessments and preparation.
