For an Account Executive role, I went through a recruiter screen and two manager-related interviews, ending with helpful improvement feedback.

Recruiter call (screen) — I discussed the team, role, company, quotas, and my experience with enterprise clients and targets.
Interview with manager leader team member — We talked about collaboration and my approach to researching new prospects.
Feedback and learning wrap-up — Even though I wasn’t successful, the recruiter sent a detailed email and a link for a video to help me improve. Outcome: No offer, but the takeaway was that I received concrete, actionable feedback rather than silence.
