I interviewed for an Account Executive role and found the scheduling and coordination very streamlined across recruiter, management, and VP-level meetings.

Recruiter team call — I started with a recruitment team call with strong attention to scheduling.
Management interviews — I moved into interviews with management, with calendar/time requirements handled carefully.
VP-level interview(s) — The process continued through VP-level conversations, still keeping logistics smooth. Outcome: No offer, but the takeaway was that coordination and process discipline were excellent.
