I interviewed for Account Executive through a more traditional progression: background questions, a formal interview, then an assignment that led into a final round.

Intro / background interview — I elaborated on my past job history and talked through details about myself.
More formal interview — I went through a structured conversation focused on my experience and fit.
Assignment — I was given a task that became the basis for later evaluation.
Third (final) interview — I completed the loop with what was described as the last interview round after the assignment. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the flow was coherent—each step built toward the final discussion.
