I interviewed for an Account Executive role in a structured process where the recruiter kept everything moving and clear.

Recruiter coordination + timing — I had an organized process with clear steps at each stage and frequent check-ins.
CCAT testing — I was given ample time to complete CCAT psychometric tests.
Contract process — After the interviews/testing stages, the contract step moved smoothly. Outcome: No offer, but I felt well-supported throughout, with strong communication and preparation time for assessments.
