I interviewed for Account Executive through a multi-round process that included cognitive and personality testing, and it felt thorough from start to finish.

Interview rounds + testing — I went through multiple interviews and was asked to complete both a personality and cognitive test.
Role fit / competency conversations — across the rounds, the interviewers focused on whether I was the right match for the job.
Feedback and follow-through — the process emphasized careful evaluation of each step. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but I came away confident they were methodical and genuinely trying to find the best fit.
