I interviewed for the Software Engineer role in an otherwise standard HR-to-technical sequence, but it ended abruptly after scheduling problems.

HR screen (scheduling mishap) — An initial HR interview where they seemed unclear about expectations for the role.
Hiring manager/IT manager interview — A second interview with the IT manager that went well.
Finance interview (rescheduled/low engagement) — A third interview with someone from Finance; even though we agreed on a specific time, the manager was claimed unavailable and then only made time for a discussion that felt uninterested.
Follow-up — I never heard back afterward. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the process ended after a last-minute
