I interviewed for Software Engineer with a multi-stage loop that felt moderately demanding overall, including both algorithms and design-ish thinking.

HR screen — An initial HR conversation to align on background and the role.
Technical screen (algorithms + OOP architecture) — I was asked standard algorithm questions and also some questions probing object-oriented architecture concepts.
In-person interview (behavior + pseudocode) — Behavioral questions combined with a few whiteboard-style pseudocode questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the difficulty was marked by balancing algorithm problem-solving with architecture/OOP discussion in the technical stages.
