I interviewed for Software Engineer and faced a difficult process centered on a long self-presentation that had to be extremely concrete.

Long self-presentation (1 hour) — I started with a one-hour presentation about myself, and I needed to be very specific about accomplishments and outcomes, with examples.
Q&A readiness — After the presentation, I had to be prepared to answer follow-up questions in detail. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; I had to bring unusually detailed, accomplishment-focused storytelling and deep recall under pressure.
