I went through a short campus-based recruiting flow that felt easy and then ended without closure.

Recruiter screen (career fair) — 1-day turnaround to interview — I met a recruiter at a university career fair and was invited to interview on campus the next day.
Campus interview — basic, relaxed Q&A — The interview was very casual and covered standard basics (strengths, experience, and similar introductory questions).
Follow-up — no response after interview — I emailed afterward and never received a reply, which left me disappointed and uncertain about the decision. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the main takeaway was to expect slower or unclear communication
