I had a single recruiter phone-screen that matched my experience, but the process dragged on.

Recruiter screen (phone) — background + role fit — I spent about an hour with HR/recruiting, and the role sounded exactly like what I’d been doing for many years.
Waiting period — delayed response — It took roughly a month to hear back. To keep things moving, I had to reach out to a former coworker who was already working at the company. Outcome: I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the takeaway was that even when the match seems strong, execution and responsiveness can be slow.
