I went through an average-difficulty phone-to-video process, but ended with silence after completing multiple stages.

Recruiter phone screen (15 min) — A short conversation about my background.
Hiring manager interview (30 min) — I had a further discussion and passed.
Panel interview via Zoom (presentation required) — I joined a panel where the hiring manager wasn’t even present; I still delivered a presentation.

Outcome: No offer and no follow-up despite reaching out—my takeaway was that completing every step still doesn’t guarantee closure.
