I had a very easy interview process for the role, with a presentation and a site tour, and it mostly covered basic screening and introductions.

Presentation + basic screening — A process that required a presentation and covered the basics.
On-site tour and introductions — They toured the site and introduced me to people I would work with.
Environment note — The workplace layout was open, which I noted might be difficult for people who need less stimulation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; it was low-friction overall, just not the right fit in the end.
