San Diego, CAPosted Apr 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My start was pretty fast: I had a phone interview, and about a week later I was invited into a class-style session that walked through what the job actually involved.

It wasn’t a typical interview format—it felt more like a training pipeline. If you scored high enough, you could move on to the next phase, which sounded like it depended on waiting for positions to open on a specific title.

After the class, I spoke with the trainer and the conversation naturally turned toward games. The real turning point was that I got a call the very next day. The person I spoke with was moving quickly.

I didn’t end up with an offer. What made the whole thing feel a bit dated was the impression that they might not run that exact “class then score then wait for openings”
